NCSSWA has become the catalyst for providing the professional development of school social workers in North Carolina.  We gather once a year to provide our membership with a three-day conference on various topics to enhance their skills in the practice of school social work. School social workers bring unique knowledge and skills to the school system and the student services team. School social workers provide services that enhance and promote the educational, emotional, and social needs of students and families in order for them to make use of the resources available to them to achieve their full potential within their home, school, and community.  Our membership is made up of school social workers, drop-out prevention counselors, administrators, and professors from major universities.

Non-Profit Exhibition Package—Cost $125.00

Terms and Conditions of Sponsoring or ExhibitingNorth Carolina School Social Workers Association - Resources

·        Payment much be received in full no later than two weeks prior to the date of the conference

·        In order for your agency’s name, contact person, email address, website address, land mail address, phone number, fax number, and organization description to appear in the registration packets, your sponsorship or exhibition application must be received no later than October 3, 2008.

·        Sponsorship/Exhibitor space is limited at our fall conference.  Do not delay in submitting your application to reserve your space

·        In order for your agency’s name to appear on the brochure, your application must be received by October 3, 2008.

·        Additional fees may apply for electrical or A/V equipment.

·        No refund can be issued for cancellations or individuals that do not show to represent your agency.  Your application to sponsor/exhibit at our conference is a contract that you intend to fulfill the financial responsibilities of sponsorship/exhibition.
